Welcome to Kernersville Strength and Fitness! Reading our schedule is easy: days are columns and class times are clearly marked. To book your spot, simply use our app or drop by the front desk. New members, please arrive 15 minutes early for a quick tour and briefing. Don't forget your water bottle and a towel!

HOW TO BOOK

Members can book 24h in advance via the portal. Drop-ins are always welcome!

How to Read the Schedule

  • Classes are listed vertically by time and horizontally by day.
  • Open Gym slots are available for individual training outside class hours.

Booking & Drop-ins

Reserve your spot up to 24 hours in advance via our mobile app. Drop-ins are welcome; please arrive 15 minutes before the session to check in and meet your coach.
